"No point in making an appointment. Scheduled my appointment a week ago, showed up a few minutes early. There is one guy there that took a walk in. Half hour later I left with no clue as to when I would even be sat down to start the process."

"Well Stephanie is amazing, especially when there was an accountant there who seemed to not want to help with them. She was able to fix them and offered me a discount during to how long I waited to be seen by her. She was short staffed due to other accountant not doing any returns and no call no show for her the next day. My married name is Tiffany Habeeb though."

"Worst Place to get your taxes done ever!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GET YOUR TAKES DONE AT A JACKSON HEWITT! My fiancé and I got our taxes done here and seeing all the good reviews we thought it would be a great place to get our taxes done. Nope. My fiance had his taxes done with the dropoff service. The lady did his taxes and she called him to tell him how much he would get back and the cost said ok just need to come in and pay. He went in a few days later to pay and was there 3Hours! because the lady working that day did not know how to operate a computer! She unplugged the computer to try to reset it and went to say the computer is not turning on this computer never turn off when she UNPLUGGED the computer. Anyways he finally paid and she said someone would call him because she couldn’t figure out how to get his taxes sent. The next day someone called him saying everything is all set we sent it out. 6 weeks later he called them and said it was just sent out it had to go through quality checks said ok. Then a few months went by no tax return. Called the state of RI and IRS said they didn’t receive anything and they were caught up on all taxes. He was very upset and called jackson hewitt customer service where they told him he needed to go to the office to get his taxes and send them out himself to get it certified in the mail and have a tracking #! He went to the office and said they were open 12-5pm called and showed up noone was there. So he proceeded to call the customer service again and the basically told him there was nothing they can do because it can only be done at the office when they are NOT open terrible customer support! Finally got escalated to the supervisor where she could also not help and she said she would escalate it to the district manager and still have paid to get his taxes done when they were never sent out! Still haven’t got his return I do not recommend going to any jackson hewitt tax service ever!"

She took her time explained everything clearly and showed us everything on the screen at the end which was great. I highly recommend her she's amazing. We will be returning next year."
