"Horrible experience. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your financial needs. Dropped my tax information off here 3/1/21 and was told it would take a few days for a amended return. Called after week and was told they were looking at them that day, A week later same excuse. A third week was they were almost done. On 4/1/21 i went in person to find out what was being done. I was told the taxes were fine and nothing was wrong with them. The IRS already told me what was wrong and what information they needed corrected. I provided all that information in the packet provided to this company. I only tried using HR block because I didn't know the correct forms to use. So after a month of themchaving my private information they did absolutely nothing all well the IRS was charging interest."
