"Set up a virtual appointment through their online service to file an amendment to my taxes. I arrived on time, with all my paperwork ready, waited for 15-20 minutes, and the company representative did not show up. When I called the office, they gave me to someone else who promised to take a look at my issue and call me by the end of the week. Guy never called back, a week or so later I called the office again and asked how everything was going and the woman at the front desk told me he was booked up and wouldn't have time to handle my issue. After having to insist that he'd already agreed to do the work, she let me speak to him, and he assured me once again it would be done in another week or two. Ended up having to go to someone else because yet again, no one from this office followed up. Would not recommend this office if you're looking to get anything done in a timely fashion (or, really, at all)."
