"I went here for a two years now and this second year was very devastating not because they didn't file appropriately but they mixed me up with my ex. It put me in fear they were accidentally giving out my information to someone I have had a restraining order against. I won't be going back for fear of them mixing people up while filing."

"Had a nightmare experience with them this year for my 2022 tax return. Filed my taxes with them and got a refund just to be surprised that my bank account was debited by the IRS and MA on tax day. Logged into my IRS account and did not see any evidence or reason for the transaction. Called the IRS and they confirmed that they do not have any reason to debit me and that my bank information was not attached to my return. They suggested that the most likely explanation is that my tax preparer attached my bank information to a different tax return…I tried calling HR block 4 times - every time I get through to anyone, they deny any wrongdoing and hang up on me. Always get the same response - there is no way to track this type of mistake in their systems…completely unacceptable. I don’t trust these folks with my information anymore and would recommend them to anyone anymore."
