"My tax lady Heather was fine. Helpful and kind. It was the front desk that threw me off. I always speak on the phone in a positive and polite manner, however the woman who spoke with me was rude. She made the call very unpleasant and all I was trying to do was literally pick up my 'completed tax forms'. that is all nothing extra, no appointments or anything like that. I work a very tough work schedule as I am a health care worker, so I asked if my partner could pick them up for my convenience since I live in Watertown. I understand that because of security reasons it was important I was there, however she was rude about it and was being difficult in finding a reasonable solution. She also stated, "if you live in Watertown, why did you even come here?" ... why was that even a question? I can go wherever I please, and my friends and family happened to have gone there and referred me. She then proceeded to call me later stating my partner could pick up my taxes if he had my ID but at that point it was too late and he was already on his way to pick up his. He stated that when he got there she mumbled something rude under her breath and was not pleasant to him as well. I am not one to write bad reviews or complain, however this really bothered me. We weren't trying to make this difficult or anything, we were only trying to pick up our possessions."
