"Awful! Terrible experience. Still waiting for my Rhode Island returns (in September!) after my tax professional filed my taxes wrong. I worked in two states and they filed all of my income to one. No effort to help and was told on multiple occasions you can’t help me. Thank goodness for my many calls Rhode Island Division of taxation! Go to someone that actually cares.
