"Carlos doesn't ask you enough question to make sure he has all the information he needs in order to get the best outcome on your taxes. After setting down with him for 10 minutes he ask me how I want to pay for his service then I ask him if he included my kids college information in my taxes and he replied that he forgot about that (this make a big difference on my taxes) I don't recommend this tax office for your taxes and is very expensive anyway."
