"Horrible service. Spent an enormous amount of time repeating myself, confirming email all for the tax preparer to send the filing to my husband email instead when I spent the day begging for it. She NEVER told us it was being sent to that email address. Not to mention it's our first time doing this electronically and the tax preparer never sent the link or instructions even after saying I didn't get it several times - I had to ask for it. Who does that? Horrible waste of time. Never called to review the return. This has got to be the worst time working with HR Block !!!! Never again!!!"

"Didn't tell me how they charge their clients. I had stocks buy and sell multiple times for very low amount, most of them were below $10. The bill at the end was huge more than $500, because they charge per entry of stock trades. They should have told me before making entries. Never using their service again. This was my first time. Highly unsatisfied. They don't help you maximize tax returns. I used to do my taxes myself which was way better than these so called professionals. My worst tax filing experience so far."

"Working with my Anne-Marie over the better part of the last decade has always been a relaxed, thorough, and swift process. She takes all the pain out of the daunting and anxious tax return process. She is also very prompt in all aspects of her job, including requesting precisely whatever additional information/documents may be required from me, filling out the arduous tax forms, and answering any questions I may have. Working with H&R Block this season melted away my apprehension. She even called to follow up with me after my filing was done."

"I could sit here all day and tell you my frustration and doubt with H&R Block has left me with the conclusion that they are the most unprofessional negligent inconsiderate crooks I have ever done business with and I refuse absolutely refuse to ever associate myself with this company again what they did to me this past January 3, 2022 and what I’m still going through right now it’s just something no mother parent or human being should deal with. To get into details I will be here all day but I will say avoid it all costs I was thankful enough to use my brain once I realize H&R Block wasn’t doing their best to accommodate their mistake Jackson Hewitt did their due diligence and honored there company motto I was able to finish my taxes correctly without the necessary paperwork that H&R Block supposedly said I needed but didn’t need! And I’m literally still here waiting for my check three months later for a cash transaction they made a mistake on I’m so disappointed and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I associate with to do business elsewhere good luck H&R Block I truly hope one day you guys learn how to be more aware professional and knowledgeable about your own business"
