"I had a problem with my tax return getting rejected using H&R block online. I had to visit this office to straighten it out. The woman that helped me I believe she was a supervisor was beyond helpful. She made sure I was all set. True great customer service that's rare to find these days. After this years aggravation I planned on trying a different service. I'm sticking with H&R block after this visit to this location 100%"

"Bad experience here. Made an appointment to have my taxes done at 5:30. Left work early to make it there for 5:20. They said have a seat it'll be a couple minutes so I sat down and read a magazine. Forty minutes later at 6:00 an Indian lady that works there came up to me , asked how old I was, and condescendingly told me I didn't have enough paperwork. Then walked away without any suggestion of what I should do. No "sorry about the wait" no curtousy and certainly no manners. Would not recommend this place. Go on turbotax and do it for free. My girlfriend went here and was told it would cost about one hundred dollars. After finishing the whole process they gave her a bill upwards or 250$. They said too late we did all the work you have to pay it. Like I said turbotax. Might take an hour or two but it's worth it to not have to pay to be talked to like a third grader."
