"Went here for years when it was at Webster Square and run by Joe, ever since they moved to Harvard St and Joe retired it's been awful. Taxes papers dropped off in April, I called every week and emailed while hospitalized from June to November . Nobody called back until a week before Thanksgiving my papers couldn't be found but dome9ne will check office. 3 weeks later nobanswer, I then visited every ameritax office and left messages everywhere. Finally dome lady answered and said they're in my hands . We didn't do anything to you there's a margin for error in every business... meanwhile my son missed opening of filing fafsa for college, they charge me $220 to even see my forms. No consideration for what they put me through from April to December no repeat customer discount no spology. Absolutely the worst customer service for some very valuable and important paperwork. Run to another accountant. This office should be shut down."
