"Zero stars if it were an option. Worst experience ever. Had an appointment and arrived on time. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and waited for 30mins. I had to walk up to speak to someone that my appointment time had passed. I waited another 20mins before being seen. I have never in my life paid the amount I paid for my taxes being done here, 3x as much as I’ve normally paid. Highway robbery. Don’t go here."

"Tax prep agent had to ask her colleagues about basic stuff. Very, very expensive considering my return was simple and took all of twenty five minutes to file (I know fees are based on what's filed, not how long it takes). Will not be coming back."

"Very quick and easy. But the store is way too loud and our rep, although friendly, was too soft spoken... Could barely understand what she was saying. And I read lips. Turning down the radio and installing some acoustic panels would help immensely."
