"This was the first time filing with this company and my LAST. Never again will I do business with them. My partner and I filed for each one of our personal taxes and business taxes as well. On top of this, I had them finalize some of my book keeping for the year for my business. We paid almost $2,000 for all of this. They messed up mine and my partners extension for taxes and this caused us to be penalized a significant amount which Nathan (the accountant we worked with) advised us not to worry about countless times and assured us we wouldn’t be penalized with any fees. When we would call in for an explanation of the mess up, Nathan was always “unavailable” and would never call us back or return any email at all. It has been almost a month since we have been trying to get a hold of him. It’s almost as if he is now running away from us after receiving his payment and messing up badly. During our appointment Nathan was also very unprofessional was commenting about local businesses not having their finances straightened out. I found this very unprofessional and uncalled for. As an accountant you should never comment on anyone’s financial situations to other customers. This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Never waste your time here."
