"Unprofessional, and a rip off. Certainly the worst experience in 20 years doing taxes. When we first met Shawn we had a good impression, he gave us the business cards and asked to follow up with an email and a couple of documents. We did, never heard back and tried to follow up several times. After 6 attempts and loosing the patience since ten dead line was approaching he called back like it was no big deal. I feel like our papers were done in a rush and completely careless. He didn’t even mention that rather to what we always got in the past this year the return had decrease 3 times the amount. Certainly I was not given the reasons for his sloppy work. Unprofessional, unreasonable and irresponsible. At the end he surprised us even more $700 for this “ experience “. Ridiculous."
