"I had made my tax appointment a year in advance, however, the appointment before mine ran over an hour late. My tax consultant (Eberle) came to meet me in the waiting area to personally apologize (though, it was not his fault) and offered to call me as soon as he was finished. In addition, the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart. She was extremely busy, answering phones, making appointments, and yet still managing to make me feel like I had not been forgotten. Overall, great experience (once again) communication on the whole was on point. I do feel as though the price was very high for my taxes... I did make an appointment for next year, though I might explore a cheaper option. I have been with H&R Block since 2015 and it would be a shame to go elsewhere after creating such a great rapport with Eberle after all these years. But I feel it is no longer viable, financially."
