They made a negligent error on my taxes. i received significantly less than i was told by my tax pro. The people from this location are refusing to refund my fee for this error. I Received a call from The regional manager and he was extremely rude!! They wont simply refund my small fee on an error they made? Do not go here unless you want to get scammed and no help. ALL i want is my small fee refunded.. Its so not true that they'll get you your highest refund!!!! I got scammed out of 533 dollars and they are refusing to give any of it back! Do your taxes online for free instead!!! Again, i will remove this review if i get my fee refunded like it says on the website. My tax pro has years of experience and i would not recommend her after this."
