"This was by far one of the most bizarre and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've ever had. The tax prepper there Fred Paladino had a seemingly unprovoked irate outburst 10 minutes into discussing my taxes. I keep replaying the situation in my head to see if there was anything I could have done to offend him but it was the most regular business like conversion I could imagine. He randomly snapped and stormed off into the back of the storefront, loudly exlaming "That's two this week!". I would assume that means I'm not the first person he exploded at. I can still hardly believe it. I would avoid dealing with this man at all costs, he seems unstable. I reported the issue and H&R Block got me an online CPA through their chat app. It wasn't my first choice since I started a business the previous year and wanted to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes in filing but it worked out fine. In the future I will not risk going with an in person CPA.. I truly believe that this man just wanted to avoid anything more complex than a W2 filing. There was literally no conversation other than me answering his questions one after another that led up to his fit of rage. It was very strange and uncomfortable."
