H&R Block

"If I could give them a lower rating, I would. After spending almost 7 hours on the phone with them after I discovered that their software doesn't work right and identifying it to them every time I called them the customer service person you could tell had no idea about their software and and even thou I have a case number the last time I called they tried to tell me they didn't see any case number until I pressed the issue also once you buy the software even though it is no good you can't get your money back. Tried deleting it and reloading it no good. Went to a different software and what do you know that software worked also being retired and on pension and social security ny does not tax pension and social security but h&r block software does, they Tried to tell me I needed to file a W-4 which has nothing to do with what I was talking about. I also called a h&r tax specialist and they could not believe the runaround I was getting.. log and short don't trust H&R BLOCK SOFTWARE."
