"UPS!! Please DO NOT use this place for your deliveries/pick ups. Not only it tarnishes your name but it also creates a lot of hassle for people who want to use your services who are living in the area. Customers!! - If you get your package for pickups here. DO NOT GO. Call UPS immediately and get your shipment changed. It's a waste of time to go here because you'll return empty handed. The employee looked for my package for 13 minutes and still hasn't found the package and the person was very rude to me. The package was delivered at the place 2 days ago and it was right there."

"Showed up to collect a package left by UPS and they were completely closed on a Thursday at 9:20 AM. Website and phone message both say they open at 9am. Wasted a bunch of time and money getting there."

"Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Supposed to open at 9am. Didn’t open until 9:10-9:15 and when I walk and notify the person that I just came to pick up a UPS package (only reason I came) the person working tells me to wait OUTSIDE! It’s January, WINTER! After coming back from the back room he tells me “didn’t i tell you to wait outside, so you get to wait inside when we are not open” i replied “your hours are 9-6, these are open hours and you are asking me to wait outside in the cold i am not waiting outside, just give me my package”. He proceeded to rummage through multiple packages and took a while to find mine, then asked to see my ID twice, my phone number and hesitated to give me my package. Horrible horrible service! Don’t EVER want to step foot here again. Avoid it."

"Just read the reviews. UPS dropped off a package here for pickup despite there being a closer UPS store. The manager/person working opened 40 minutes late, couldn’t read my drivers license for some reason, and acted like they weren’t even going to give me a package I had all of the needed information for. As I was waiting for the store to open a lady on the street literally stopped to tell me to not get medication sent here. The interior of the pharmacy does not resemble a functioning business. I feel bad that members of this community likely rely on this store for some things but please never use this business if you value your time. I’m not the person to go out of their way to write negative reviews, but this is a legitimately bad business."
