"Horrible customer service if i could give 0 stars i would… i was in there today about an hour ago with my son in his stoller and my laundry as there is a laundromat next door, i walked in they said hello, i did some shopping and as soon as i was about to check out ( i had to walk around because there were empty totes all over the floor lets see how osha would like that) an ignorant cashier (same lady who said hello when i first walked in with my stroller and my bag with NO PROBLEM) screamed HELLO!!! You!!!! You need to bring your stuff up front!! As if i was not walking there already? She told me i needed to leave my stroller up front as it is policy…. Why wouldnt she tell me when i first walked in? I dropped my stuff and left. Horrible customer service will mot get far!!!"

"I don't know if it's me or I'm losing my mind but the lighting is just irregular. Bright in one spot dim in another. Maybe I'm imagining this but it feels like it should be brighter and not lit like Gotham City at midnight."

"First time at this store and definitely my last. I asked to see a sales flyer and cashier told me there was none left. I told her I had seen an item on sale in a paper that came in the mail but there was no sale sign in front of the item. I asked if she knew if it was on sale or not. She said she didn’t know, the problem was she was very condescending, did not even try to help me find out and she was rude!! There are plenty of stores in Taunton I can go to and get customer service and spend my money, this is definitely not one of them and I will not stop here again. If I could give them zero stars I would!!!"

"Less than a hundred yards from me. Previously complained in a review about a particular employee. Moot point now. Overall, it's okay: it's a discount store. Prices are good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some stocking and selection issues, but it's a discount store, not a big deal, really - staff will help you It's convenient and inexpensive and a neighborhood store. I give it four stars because they could be a tad better, but overall, a good choice for budgets."
