Roche Bros. Downtown Crossing

"Nice small clean store. Prices seem higher for some or most items than competitors at least at this downtown location, and doesn't seem to have any (?) buy one get one free on potato chips and such like competitors do a times...but I still like this location."

"It gets a star for location because it’s near my work and I can grab simple stuff on the way home when needed. Also, the cashiers are fast. Otherwise, I’d give 1 star. I can NEVER find what anything here easily. I easily spend half my time in the store wandering around searching. Why does the Crackers/Cookies aisle have both randomly mixed together on shelves?? I hate this place."

"I'm from Boston but today was the first time I went shopping at this location. My experience had some pros and also some cons. I had got help from 2 employees who were so helpful, but as they say one bad apple spoils the bunch. The cashier who rang me up was so unfriendy. Not a thank you, how are you or a smile. Sad because this location is in the heart of the City, where the majority of people are visitors. On the positive side, I was very impressed with the cleanlines and organization of the store and the great selection of products. I saw there was direct access from the orange line T which I'm sure is helpful for riders. Hoping the cashiers get some C.S 101 training."

"This is a great place. The cupcakes are just a little over baked but overall the food they make is really great. Takes a bit to move around the store but overall once you get through the crowd things are easy to navigate. Best shopping experience I have had so far"
