"As I was looking for some packaged bread or toast or something, I found a whole carton of packaged croissants that were all mouldy! That really put me off. The man behind the counter was talking on his phone the whole time, even as it was our term to pay. Some people would probably call that rude, but I'm from Germany, so I'm used to a lot worse. When I brought it to his attention, he removed the mouldy packages immediately. Two stars for the convenience of not having to drive to a big supermarket. It is still ok to buy a pint of milk or coke, I suppose. For a higher rating, more attention should be paid to the freshness of food on the shelf and to customers and less to the phone distraction."
