"I just spent over an hour walking around the store grocery sbobbing but prior to shopping I walked into the store with my own bag filled with Hot Wheels. I was trying to return By the time I was ready to pay I realized my debit card was still in my Cas. I am on the phone with somebody. I walk over to customer service politely and ask them if I can leave my carriage there for a couple minutes. So I can run out to the car. A night relief manager Charles Rosendale. (Last name might be spelt in properly ) Then chases me out of the store. Demanding that I give him his products back. As if I had just walked out with my entire car and kept asking about some kind of yogurt that disappeared in Isle 8. Little does he know That not only did I first noticed when I walked by him. He was staring at my carriage. Because I had a bag with items in there. And I had not finished my other shopping. It was a Walmart bag. So because of me being shopping in the store by myself with a bag that obviously had other items in it. They did not even have at that store. He felt it was necessary to have their store security. Follow me around and try and embarrass me. We'll never, ever again shop at that shaws Or any other shaws If people like him represent the most ignorant disrespectfull uneducated fool I have ever had to deal with. I have 3 kids at home. And now I have to go to a whole. Another supermarket spend more money. Then I was going to. If he had just came up to me and talk to me, said where are you going? Or if he had talked to his co-worker, he would have known that I was running to my car to grab my debit card to finish my shopping and pay for every item. People like that without having all the facts they go. And they assume and make assumptions. And then that's how they treat their paying customers. This night relief manager is a pathetic excuse for a representation of what shaw supermarkets should be The sad thing is in situations like this. I can write a review all I want. It doesn't make a difference. It's not gonna change anything. I will not be compensated for my time. Or how they tried to humiliate me. There will be no action taken against. The employee They can watch all the security footage from me being in the store. And I hope they do and they will see how wrong he was. I asked him if you wanted to show him inside my begg. And he said he can't touch my stuff well. If that's so why do you assume that your stuff is in my bag? And why stop me? He knew he was wrong. I'm not letting this go easily. I want to the store manager above him. District manager regional manager owner. I don't care the humiliation that he put on me ill never go back there again That's how Shaw's treated me today Sometimes that kind of behavior is encouraged by management and stores to keep their lost prevention costs at a minimum, so the managers can maximize their bonuses and their paychecks. People think it's not true. Look into it yourself."

"I went to your store earlier this week, and had a perfectly fine experience finding everything I needed. Your shelves and produce areas were well stocked and clean. Everything was going well, until I went to the cash register to pay for my groceries. There, I encountered an incredibly rude cashier. I don’t want to blast her name online, as I find that to be in poor taste. However, some attention must be paid with regards to the level of service your employees should provide to your customers. This woman was disgustingly impatient with my child who was with me and happens to be on the spectrum. It was a rainy day and we had spent some time in some of the other stores in the shopping center so my daughter was holding some items in her hands which made it not possible for her to “help” bag groceries which very much sent this lazy cashier into a ragey fit. She muttered things under her breath at my daughter and made me very uncomfortable. I then asked her to calm herself and to have a little bit of understanding for the fact that it’s neither my child’s job to bag groceries nor would she have the wherewithal of social cues to know this was expected of her during this interaction being that typically it’s the cashiers job to do so if she is able to which this woman very much was able to. Your employee paid no mind to my words and in fact continued with her abhorrent stares and inconsiderate attitude. She then handed me my receipt upon my payment and folded it in half as she insincerely “thanked me” to which I did not respond. My daughter and I left that day in complete shock at the whole scene and needless to say I’ll never set foot in that store again and have made it well known to all of my friends and family who have children with special needs as well that this woman works there and might likely mistreat their children as well. Our community needs to do better about upholding strict standards of customer care especially to those individuals who are neurodivergent and cannot speak up for themselves. Shame on that woman. And I am happy to give you a name if you want to reach out privately. She deserves a talking to, at the very least, for certain!"

"Shaws rosted chicken used to be so good but recently, last week and this week, the outside is burnt but the inside is not cook. looks like they are in a hurry to produce more “cooked” chicken by turning the cooker to high thus resulting to burnt outside uncooked inside. maybe someone should supervise the person manning your roasted chicken to maintain good quality coz right now, no quality at all."

"This is a great Shaw's Market has quite everything you will need in an organized fashion but the bakery is my place of interest with my sweet tooth freshly baked goods great variety and the person that works there Attie is so friendly so sweet and accommodating she seems to keep the place going and keeps people smiling and laughing but all in all it's a great clean Market reasonably priced thank you Shaw's I recommend this location"

"Management doesn't care about the customers at all. They have no one that can run the bottle machine one bit. I'll fix it if it gyms the bathrooms are dirty. The bottle rooms are dirty. The aisles are dirty. The milk shelves are dirty. They egg shells are dirty that some of the produce shelves are dirty. The border health will be called tomorrow Wednesday in the deli, shelves and glass tops and corporate also will be called tomorrow to be sneak attack shoppers. I don't want to be that stuff managed. He's probably going to get fired on the spot"
