"Unless you are absolutely and hopelessly dependent on BOA online features, I would encourage everyone to bank local - This bank makes me feel like an account number and not a human. Your personal/business banking needs as well as your precious time is laughably meaningless to the horrendous banking behemoth that is BOA. I truly wish they paid the people at this bank enough to enjoy or at least care about their jobs / banking abilities / skill sets so they could actually help their customers when we need in-person banking services - but alas - it seems we have now all traded the traditional warm greeting and competent in-person banking for a hand-full of shiny new online banking features - welcome to the Comcast of banking folks. it only gets worse from here…"

"Trying 20 times to call them on the phone and only response is for a recording to say they’re busy. I cannot believe that they always are too busy ever to answer the phone. The appearance is that they will not answer a phone at this local branch. I received a letter that I need to come in person to this branch but I’m traveling for several weeks. They need to answer their phone. Poor showing."
