"Newly renovated so it might take you a while to find your items, but so clean and compact, it's great!"
"The Manager Rachel Viera is a wonderful employee. She has been very helpful, with helping me to navigate the new store. Rachel has been very kind, not to just me, but to the multiple customers I have seen her assist, and she is great with the employees. She is very professional and just the respect I see her receive from , the variety of customers, employees and peers. Great job Rachel!! It is you, that makes the positive strides toward, success, for your staff and consumers. I speak wholeheartedly, from my experiences, with visiting the store daily. Thanx a million"
"Good remodel of the store. It was definitely needed. Staff are great. Very good small supermarket."
"Everything was good. Scala bread is better, crust still falls off. Doesn't freeze well."
"Are looking for a store that will make you Sad, Angry, and Feel Ripped Off all at the same time? Well the "new and destroyed" Needham Roche Bros. is the place for you. They've managed to take a great local store that had everything you'd need, decent prices, a logical layout, and friendly staff and stripped away everything except for the friendly staff. I feel sorry for the great staff at this store who now have to deal with the single worst grocery store I've every visited. This store has a maze of aisles with somehow less actual food products. Whoever designed this store should never be allowed near a design table again. Is it corporate greed? Is it a misguided attempt to cater to the very worst of the wealthy suburb stereotype? It seems like they must have over paid for the terrible design as well, because what used to be a store that reliably had sale items through most categories to help you find items while saving a little cash, now seems to have almost nothing on sale. And, on top of it all, they are now playing probably the worst music at any local store, and at even higher volumes. Maybe the best bet is a total redesign/tear down?"
