"What can I say? I have had the strangest encounters with employees at this store. Everything from aggressive employees screaming profanities in the parking lot, to being stared down by the clerk at self check out, to being accused of taking $20 from a cashier after SHE messed up my order, which I did NOT. I kept going back because it was the closest store to my house. But after being accused by some child manager and not getting an apology after asking to see the video (he did not let me see the video) and then said he could be wrong because he didn't really pay attention. All of this was wrong and humiliating, so I decided that that was the last visit to this store for me. I have never been to another Big Y store, but I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone."

"Clean and well stocked, I was sad to see this location doesn’t carry yuca and the plantains let a lot to be desired. That being said it is still a great supermarket to shop in"

"Got a Raw rotisserie chicken and worse was the managers who couldn’t have cared less. Steer clear of the rotisserie chicken and the management, thanks for the attitude of sorry “it’s just your chicken we didn’t temp” and the laughs from management, you could’ve killed my family and elderly parents with undercooked chicken. Gross. Taking my business to Hannaford in Uxbridge. There’s a reason why the parking lot is empty at Big Y and I’m learning why…."
