"I used to love this store, but when a bunch of g9ft cards got compromised from here, they only gave money back to some customers. Needless to say I was NOT one of them. I will make it my business to try not to go here as often as I used to. Bad customer service. We all know grocery stores have ins to cover those things. Got the run around the whole time."
"Awesome sales, customer service, and now they have EV chargers! Updated grocery aisles. Looks very organized. Love the store layout and the cleanliness. Love the rewards program with the ability to choose credit to groceries or gas rewards. I am enjoying the already prepared cook and serve meas and salads when I am in a pinch."
"This is a perfectly decent store. However, for years the restrooms have been disgusting. I pray I dont need to "go" while shopping. My husband says the men's room is even worse. The paper towel dispenser has been broken forever. The floor is like a scummy restroom on a turnpike. It smells foul. I don't quite know why it is always like this for years. But I try to avoid shopping here because of that. I shopped there again today. One month later, here has been no change in the condition of the women's restroom. The disgusting smell hits you when you enter - foul, sewer like. The paper towel dispenser is still broken. You can dry your hands on a roll of paper towels the sits on the baby changing table. Yuck! The floor tiles are, I am certain, not meant to be speckled with black, rather, the grime is never scrubbed off the tiles or grout. The "sorry for your experience we will let someone know but please message us directly rather than leave a public review" didn't really result in any change. The poor employees, I guess have to use this filthy restroom and then go stock or check out your food. Ew! I plan on going a few miles further to the Franklin store, which manages to keep their restroom nicely clean."
