"Disappointing. I have had a mortgage through them since 2017. They were great to work with then, but when I contacted them recently to speak about a refinance, they routed me to Jon Wells. It took him 10 days to connect with me only to tell me that their current rate of 3.3 is only a bit lower than my current mortgage rate. He explained that it is because they are so busy that they are trying to discourage more people from refinancing; they want to keep their customer level and workload low in order to focus on good customer service. Then he said I should be talking to my original loan officer about the loan (though I was given his name to contact by the bank). The whole experience wasted my time and made me feel unwanted. It's ironic that they've increased their rates to provide better customer service. How about you just focus providing good customer service and incentives to retain the customers you already have? Wouldn't that be an idea?? I will be transferring my loan elsewhere and will never come back here for any of my banking needs."
"Not a fan of branch manager! I find her customer service skills terrible. She has a snarl look not pleasant. When other employees arent sure what to do they go to her and I cringe. Very frustrating. Looking into another bank quickly"
"Customer service used to be top notch, but this past year has been awful! After being victim to a scam, the branch manager and I scheduled a time of 4pm, for me to come in with paperwork and proof to file a dispute. I arrived nearly 10 mins early and she walked out the door! She left early, knowing I was coming in for 4pm. She handed me to another rep instead who knew nothing about my situation and I had to explain and go over it AGAIN. I was told it would be a week until it would be resolved and I'd have my money back. Well, it took nearly two months after I contacted the main office for help. I had called a week later and was told "oh, she doesn't remember talking to you" - I was there for nearly THIRTY MINUTES going over details and paperwork and on top of that, she had LOST AND MISPLACED IT! Plus never completed a transfer of funds for a new savings account. This time around, I had an issue with my account and had to call back two days later and the branch manager still hadn't looked into an issue. I was reimbursed only half of a fee. I was always good with my account and a simple error caused a $28 fee. I miss the good customer service from my original branch before they handed my account over to another location. The branch manager also talked over and interrupted me on several occasions during our conversation. That is just RUDE. It's not the first time I've had issues, as stated above, she took off before I was due in for an appointment with her. She clearly has no respect for customers or their appointments and likes to pass the buck off to someone else to help (and fails miserably). I can't wait until we move and just close out my account at this point. The only rep we had pleasant experiences with at that location is gone, along with the good customer service."
