"To the lady looking to file complaint look up DALLOR TREE they are the parent company. That said ,this the store is in real tough shape, you ask for help they either don't know we're it is or if they care it.Two they are very lazy.I was in there the night they closed the store for 3 weeks and the none speaking clerk took my money handed me my recite in 5 min. Then, after another 5 min. I had to ask for a bag, and then she copped attitude with me. Lol, i think they need new employees just saying I think the store will do much better"

"Dirty unorganized store. The manager dates her employees. It's a literal mess. No one seems to be professional. I have 5 years store management experience. Let me know and I will help your store get in shape. The girls are always standing on their phone. The manager is always sitting doing nothing. So many managers and non of them grab a mop to clean those floors. How sad I can't even let my 1 year old son walk that store. So filthy and unorganized. Sometimes it has a foul smell. How can there be so many workers and the store is always disgusting? They have no morals in there. I hope the franchise owner realizes that people aren't there to work but to chill and date their own employees. How can you be professional mixing work with pleasure smh. I will be writing more comments. Reporting it as well to human resources. We need this family dollar that's so convenient in distance to so many of of us to change those disrespectful lazy workers. Who think walking around and doing nothing is work."

"This location has become a dump. Inside and out. I have been researching on who to email thieve pictures too however there is no way to reach to upper management. As a former manager to other companies. I would never let my stores get this way. None of their employees speak English. Which is perfectly okay to not have English as a first language. However the lack of communication is rather difficult for those who don’t speak the language they are accustomed to. There is no customer service skills. Uboats overflowed and taking up so much space. Things are still in receiving boxes and not being stocked properly. Or at all for that matter. It’s just filthy and not being managed properly. Discrimination when it comes to hiring staff. I wish I had a way to formerly complain about the whole store. Maybe it was nice at first. However. It’s a disgrace and grotesque to even walk into."
