Inter Produce

"I went here two separate occasions both times ALL of the produce was completely rotten! They were also selling expired bags of carrots, I was excited to see an inter produce in town but unfortunately I will not be returning."

"I go there to buy the olives, they have the best Turkish olives! I have to say, the young man who works there really loves his job! He goes above and beyond to help you. Whether it is to help with the product, because i can't read it, not always in English, or just to be friendly and make a suggestion or two once he sees what you like! If you are an olive lover, like me, may I suggest you try them out! Great candies and chocolate, as well!!!"

"I'm going to be brutally honest here with my review. My wife saw that Interproduce had a location in Ludlow, MA, so we both got excited and decided to go check it out. The Springfield location always had a decent selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and many other treats like nuts and specialty items. When we arrived at the Ludlow store, there were no cars in the parking lot. Immediately, I got suspicious that something was wrong. First, the place is maybe one half the size of the Springfield store. What really got to me was the condition of the fruits and vegetables for sale. Literally, everything was either rotten or in various stages of decay so that you couldn't buy anything of any quality. The stuff looked like it was discarded and this company bought it for almost nothing to sell it for a profit. It was really gross and that's an understatement. My guess is that people go there once and never come back. That's why no cars in the parking lot. The Springfield store has always been busy, no matter when you go there. Wow! What a difference. I'm surprised that this store is still in business. I personally will never go back to the Ludlow store. What a shame! I would give this zero stars, if I could. I can't understand any of the positive ratings here. Maybe they're fake? I don't know. The place doesn't have a decent selection of anything either. So sad. Well, that's it!
