"Highly recommend. The staff is great and very helpful. Never a bad experience. Had a problem getting a prescription refilled because the physician's office was slacking and the tech went above and beyond help. Not only did they call the office numerous times to get the script but when my husband ran out of his meds bc of the delay the pharmacy provided enough blood pressure medication so that my husband never had to go without."
"Stop and Shop pharmacy staff go out of their way to give you 100% customer satisfaction. They are polite, attentive to your needs, and thorough."
"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists all have an incredibly nasty attitude. If you ask them a question, they look at you like you're from Mars. They ignore you while you're waiting to talk to them, chat with each other, glance over in your direction and then finally decide to wander over and talk to you. They give you a hard time about every single prescription, and just generally make the experience of dealing with them so difficult and so upsetting. If there's any problem with a prescription, they won't try to help you solve it. They act like, "It's your problem, deal with it." They are bureaucrats to a fault. And every year when we come to PTown for vacation, it's the same thing. The service never improves. I wrote this review two years ago and, if anything, the service has gotten worse. We spend a month on the Cape and during that time we often have prescriptions that need to be refilled. I hand the prescription to the pharmacist, he makes a face, snears at me, sighs and demands that I get a fax from my doctor in NJ (who is on vacation), okaying the prescription even though I am standing there holding the original. They do this every single year to us. Last year I didn't bother to even try to refill and I almost died. Bad, bad news. They have, by turns, demanded my driver's license, proof of where I live on the Cape (we rent) - I sort of can't go on. I get so stressed and miserable when I have to deal with these people, that we may just stop vacationing there."
"This is a review of the store. I had no interaction with the pharmacy. Great store! Wonderful selections of gluten-free options. Very nice security guard found our item left under the shopping cart and made it possible for us to get it back. Thank you sir."
"Let's face it. They were the only game in town after Adam's closed, and then OCHS opened their pharmacy. As a former board member of OCHS and client, I was a bit appalled by several experiences I had with the OCHS pharmacy and chose to return my 'scripts of S&S. Yes, they are overworked. Yes, they have an enormous business. Yes, the probably have the most difficult, client base of fluctuating populations including some of the most entitled and arrogant clients around. I think they do a damn good job considering. Perhaps if you approach them with a smile instead of attitude, you'll be surprised at what you get in return."
