"Shanelle, the manager, helped us so much on a day that other B of A branches (Belmont, Watertown, Fresh Pond) closed prematurely due to a forecasted storm that hadn’t even occurred…Anyway, Shanelle was so reassuring and kind, helpful and professional when we needed immediate access to financial services. Shanelle saved the day."
"Shanelle was amazing! She saved the day when we were stressed about closing for our new home."
"I wanted a couple of rolls of dollar coins the other day. The teller was unhelpful and refused to get them for me but the manager went above and beyond for taking his time and going through the troubles to fetch the rolls from a back safe. I didn't get the manager's name but I really want to thank him for making my day."
"Horrible service, there are employees doing nothing while there's a line of people to see the cashier. This place is a circus, they should offer free peanuts to go with the theme. It's always the same; They should close this location! If you want fast service go elsewhere."
"Me: hi, I would like to exchange money for quarters. Teller: oh sorry, we dont have enough quarters - and the safe is locked we can't get in. Um.. you guys are a bank! That safe being able to give and receive money is literally your primary function! Imagine you went to Shaws and asked for apples and they say oh sorry, it's in the back and its locked on the weekends. Come back Monday!"
