"Used the electric car charger on site and decided to walk in to use a restroom. Not only did they not have a restroom, I was treated with huge suspicion and got lots of attitude even though I was totally polite. Horrific experience! Unfriendly and antagonistic atmosphere."

"This bank is awful. Its almost never open when it says it is. When they are open, there is never a teller available- although the manager (man with glasses and greyish hair) is sitting right at the desk and is more than happy to tell you to come back another time- not willing to help you make deposits even though it is in his capability to do so. Who has the time to come back to the bank several times a day- hoping for the teller to be available. What a waste of time."

"Terrible service. 3 employees with 1 customer, yet they can not help you. 20 minutes before closing. It was something simple, not a mortgage application. The owner offered the same lame response they posted to other people’s reviews. If he or she really cared about what people think, he or she would do something about it. There are complains about poor quality service going back 3 years-see other reviews."

This bank is terrible. 958am the door is locked for a 10am opening. Come at 358 and they are already closed for a 4pm close. "No issues with this branch, unlike some of the negative reviews. They helped with our loan closing, and everything went smoothly. Bank here on a regular basis. It’s a small local office with three (maybe four) employees working at a given time. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Ignore the negative reviews. Some people expect too much."
