"This company has the absolutely most asinine internal processes I’ve ever dealt with. Not a single person could give me an entire answer. I had to do all the work, call my doctors office, the insurance company - is this not what you do? On top of that, they did not start working on the order until 24 HOURS before it needed to ship?! Are you kidding? So, due to their incompetence and inability to work more than 24 hours in advance, they have deferred our entire medical procedure for another month. Oh, and they’ll gaslight you by saying it’s your providers fault for not getting back to them fast enough. Avoid if you can. They are awful."

"Ask for Jason if you want to have a good experience. I had several phone calls with a few people to process my prescriptions and Jason was the best. He was very transparent about the contracted price vs. self pay price. He was patient and compassionate. He spent 20 minutes going over different options so I can maximize my insurance benefits. He spoke very clearly and he made sure I understand everything. If you need to go through insurance for your prescription, make sure you contact freedom 2-3 weeks ahead of time so they have enough time to process."

"The people at Freedom pharmacy have been great! They are a joy to talk to and get everything done quickly. I will say that one of my shipments was late, but this was due to FedEx and not Freedom Pharmacy! Freedom Pharmacy proactively called me after we both got a notification of delivery delay. They were able to overnight the medication to the clinic so I could get my injection done on time."

"I have had nothing but excellent service from Freedom. Packages always arrive on time (once they even same day shipped something for me no extra charge due to my local pharmacy being closed unexpectedly). The customer support people are amazing and it’s overall been a wonderful experience."
