"Helpful staff member. I was asked to buy a brand of cold medicine that didn't have a specific ingredient. Having no success in finding it, I asked someone behind the counter for help. I noticed a similar product behind the staff member, but, she said that wasn't what I described. She explained the ingredient and how it interacted with other medications. Helpful."
"Called to refill a prescription at 1:26. A woman answered and immediately asked if she could put me on hold. No problem, I’m sure they get busy. After being on hold for 17 minutes I hung up and called again, only to be informed the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2pm for lunch break. This woman put me on hold for the entirety of her lunch break. If you don’t want to deal with people do not chose a job in which you have to. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere."
"Rude staff, they are unfriendly and have horrible customer service skills. I never get confirmations when my prescriptions are ready and there is always a problem when I do pick them up."
