"If you've never experienced a small town pharmacy, you have to try it to know why they are generally much higher rated than the chains. And there may be no better place that Rowley Pharmacy. They may not carry as broad a range as the chains, they have almost anything you need, especially when it comes to Rx filling. They go out of their way to help you with getting what you need, and in the 18 months or so I've been a customer I have never once taken issue with their policies or actions. They work with my medical provider and although because of old habits dying hard, I have tended to call and confirm when a script was sent in, they have always been polite and accommodating, and never missed a beat. Lastly while their hours may be tighter than you are used to, I cannot help noticing how most chains have taken to reducing hours or even simply shuttering some of their locations. Kinda makes store hours less of an issue!"
