"Poor communication: often there are holds on our prescription we don't know about. Usually have to call to figure out why it has not been dispensed and sometimes have to wait on hold for 30+ min just to learn the reason. They never tell us there will be a delay, we just have to wonder why it wasn't filled, then call and wait on hold. Wastes valuable time. Poor experience in general at this pharmacy."

At the pharmacy I was helped by a beautiful intern named Isabelle who called my insurance and resolved a small issue promptly. I found this store to be well managed and respectful."
"Horrible, horrible experience - didn't feel like calling me when my doctor left them a message saying they couldn't refill my prescription until she saw me, leaving me in the dark and unable to see my doctor until Monday, when I called to fill my prescription a week ago. Can't believe the lack of communication, especially communication they are apparently required to do based on the staff's somewhat apology to me ("Oh, sorry, we're supposed to do that.")"
