"Very disappointed. Don't expect anyone in this office to take time for your phone call. They are to busy to really care about you. If you don't have much money, your not important, you will get transferred to customer service from some other part of the country. The fees for a savings account will eat up your money if your unable to continually have the required balance. When I opened my account I was told my account would be free if it was linked to my dba checking account. Well that would be a lie! I barely had enough money to survive this past year....my punishment was to lose the little bit of money I had left to the banks fees. I would like my money back but I doubt it, the greed of the bank comes first. Time to find a better more personal local bank."
