"I was discharged from a hospital cardiac ward with the explicit instructions to start a heart arrhythmia medication. I called my usual pharmacy to see if they had my prescription. They told me they had but failed to inform me that they did not have the medication. I then called Hannaford Pharmacy in Hampstead and talked to Rachel Porter. She was more than helpful and was determined to fill my prescription. Thanks for the help. I am sure she would be as helpful to everyone."
"I am 68 with Medicare and a secondary insurance. I went in for a flu shot. Pharmacist claims I have don't have Medicare and my secondary insurance won't cover the flu shot because I have Medicare. She told me I had to pay the $60. For the shot. I am warning other Seniors Do Not go there for shots. She was rude. Never came out to let me know until 1:30 and I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 then tried to tell me I had to pay. Needless to say I am filing a complaint with Medicare."
