"Very rude representative who lectured and scolded me and spoke in a very accusatory tone regarding a missing package. She was frustrated but it was still totally unacceptable. I called on her and she slowed down a bit but this is no way a business representative should speak to a customer who actually had been trying to resolve the issue. The doctor’s office works with this pharmacy - I would not recommend and chose it. Very disappointing."
