"Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. Rude unhelpful people with the exception of a couple in the pharmacy. Luckily I've been getting my scripts through mail order for the last year. But need to get diabetic testing supplies at a pharmacy. Won't be this one anymore. When you have people like Kelsey who answers the phone hello? And can't be bothered to utter a coherent sentence even when asked 3 times because you can't understand her. Then she gets mad and THEN she she makes a sentence one word at a time like a big girl and then puts me on hold for the real pharmacist. And then he asks me if I Am having trouble hearing them? Lol No it's that you have the same little snot working there that I had the same problem with years back. And yet still the same deal. Same little brat."

"this CVS is one of the best in the Coventry/west Warwick area .the staff is very friendly and helpful.the only issues i've ever had were out of control of the staff or management. I.E. lack of stock or insurance company messing things up.the only thing missing is it's not 24hr. but who would want to be alone in the middle of arctic in the middle of the night.the neighborhood is interesting enough during the day.(sarcasm mode off now )lol"

"Why is this store not 24 hours yet? I'd say not worth the prices because of this! People who use a pharmacy need availability 24 hours, I'd say after shopping here earlier and coming down with illness tonight, only to find this store closed I'm asking myself why am I supporting a pharmacy that closed at 10 pm when I could have supported one thats willing to stay open all night. What's with the high prices? Especially since this store is located adjacent to a vacant building. Busiest times at three, because it is everywhere, but everywhere else is also open way to take up a safe spot for someone. At night this store just hides the view of the main road and gives young people a false sense of security.truly disgusted . I'll be there first thing in the AM to show my support please consider my deep concern., And many customers needs in my community. I don't think I was the only one rushing in earlier before close.This would be the only 24 hour store open for miles I just don't see any sense in the hours this store is open. Except for the possibility they might possibly not profit enough, and if this is the case yes, I find this disgusting. I feel like just about every customer this store has would appreciate some support 24 hours when they need it and I also think that any customer with children or teens would agree that the placement and hours coinside. I've been a customer of CVS for years and this local store has not appealed because of its hours as much as it would if they were better, as in open when I get out of work. Not even til midnight, this is so inconvenient! This seems irresponsible on so many levels I'd say otherwise if their was highway access close by. . This store could save someone's life if they changed their hours, if God forbid someone needs it. How do the people who need narcan get it, or the people who use this pharmacy get emergency meds at night. If they support this store I don't see the reason in this store not supporting them. I mean geeze people need a heads up your pharmacy won't be back for you til 7 am, if you don't need us before 10 pm. You sell syringes here for goodness sake. There is an epidemic in RI, an opioid crisis, please open later and show your community of loyal customers support, it would be on so many levels. I rarely have meds sent here to be filled in fear I won't be able to get them when I need them but otherwise would."
