"Unfortunately, effective today, I will be seeking another pharmacy after using CVS for 30 plus years. Poor communication and poor customer service. It took 16 plus hours to fill an antibiotic for a family member. Tried calling and no one answered the phone until 6am. (24hr pharmacy). After multiple problems over the past year, it is time to say goodbye. Yesterday was frustrating and the final straw for me."
