I was greeted by Kevin who walked me through every option went above and beyond to help me make my selection as well as installing the battery. I would give the experience 10 stars if I could, this was easily the best interaction ive had at any AutoZone I have visited and with the work I do I deal with a lot of AutoZone’s. I will 100% be returning to the store in the near future and recommending Kevin and this AutoZone to anyone I deal with."

"The cool guys there were way more helpful than the tired, jaded husks they call employees over at advanced auto parts. One employee with an e-bike was able to give my buddy and I really helpful advice for building our motorized bicycles. Although they didn't have what we needed, they directed us to a place that does and shared insight into future problems we may have. If I had cash on me I would have tipped them"

"Read the two other reviews. From my short time in the store I did deal with one employee that was on the rude side and I set her straight. I know that this kind of work is thankless, but rudeness as opening is not needed and business killing in retail. Reason I am writing is to commend George. Had called a number of shops and stores in area where I am working and not from, to check an engine maintenance light that just occurred as I drove into area. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. To include additional call to find the store. He walked out into the parking lot on a very cold night to check my car - for no charge and help me determine what I needed to do before heading out on a long road trip home. That is service and earns my respect. I did not buy a thing, but will make the trip there for anything I need when in the area and use Autozone in general because of this one man's excellent service."
