"Helpful pharmacists went out of his way to get my prescription filled when I had an insurance issue."

"There are multiple issues with this pharmacy. 1) They almost never open on time 2) They routinely tell our doctors they have medicine for my children and DO NOT HAVE IT. They have no inventory control, or they are liars, not sure which is worse. Call before you go, or you'll waste hours of your life life I have waiting for these people."

"North Adams Pharmacy staff: 5 stars!! When picking up meds for an older friend, her doc ordered caplets not tablets so no insurance coverage. Then a helpful Pharmacist found and filled an older 'script! Then payment on file would not work for auto-pay. A patient Pharm Tech didn't give up then found a way to make it work! Pharmacy Online App: 0 stars. Have tried for weeks to set up auto-pay and/or Fed-Ex (or mail) delivery but still not sure if it will work now. Spent so many hours online and on phone calls to tech and customer support. Help!"

"The few times I’ve gone have been fairly neutral. Just depends on who you get. Most are relaxed and helpful. They also rarely open on time. You’d think for a pharmacy they’d be better about it."

"Depends on the person on the counter I guess, and I did "NOT" get a good one the last 2 times I was there. You know there's a problem when the counter person is holding. "YOUR LICENSE" and asks, "What relation are you (to the prescription holder)?" Stood in line with 6-8 people for 15 mins,and the first 3 in front of me have problems with their order. And with mine when it's my turn! What surprises me is that nothing even phases the pharmacist's that were there "that day." Dont get me wrong. I've had good experiences before, but these last couple times, left a real bad taste in my mouth."
