"It's great for returning UPS pkgs & very fast. There were only 2 employees in this dept, 1 for the returns and 1 for the copy area which is a shared space. I went after work and they were swamped, yet employees were pleasant and quick, trying to be as helpful as possible. Always receive great service at both the Plymouth and Wareham Crossing stores. Highly Recommended!"
"Shipping staff is incompetent. The package I sent was put in a box that was too large. The receiver got the box upside down, cooler inside upside down, with contents a giant mess. If you can’t hire or train properly, don’t bother offering the service. I spent time carefully putting together this care package. Staples/UPS ruined it."
"The people who work at Staples Plymouth are very helpful, but don't try to sell me stuff I don't want. They do assist me when I ask for it, or if I need information, or help carrying a heavy item to my car. I don't keep track of my rewards. When I am checking out the cashier reminds me of my points, and $$$$Sweet!"
"I enjoy the products and friendly, helpful staff at this store and I shop here frequently. However, what takes away from the experience is the in-store, face-to-face solicitation of products I didn't come for and didn't want. For example, today, a guy was seated immediately in front of the entrance-- I couldn't get in the store without walking around him. From the moment I walked through the door, he stared me down while asking me to purchase Mass Save. After shopping in the store, I was also solicited at the register. Before the purchase could be completed, the clerk asked me questions that I had to answer about whether or not I wanted to sign up for the store card. I just came to buy pens. Does this solicitation really need to be part of the store experience? I give the products and staff a five-star rating. However, the unwanted experience of solicitation at both the entrance and exit brings this down to a three-star rating."
"Consistently the worst printing service and poor customer service. I think they are under staffed. I’ve tried twice to have workbooks printed. The first time the work was incomplete which delayed shipment. The staff blamed each other. The manager said he was traveling so wasn’t able to Supervise, essentially blaming the employees who were new. The second time I contacted the store after placing the order to ensure it would be completed on time because I had to fly to DC the morning after. I didn’t receive a job completed msg so went to the store shortly before closing only to learn that the job had been transferred to some other location. No call or even an email to let me know the print deadline (per my order firm) would not be met. The clerk was completely indifferent. I cannot trust this location to complete the work. I now utilize a different local printer. Unfortunately they are only open M-F but it’s better than not having a job completed and a complete lack of communication. (For that part job I was fortunate to find a Staples in VA, not far from DC which did complete the job timely.)"
