She takes the time to speak with her customers. Whether it's about your prescriptions or just to ask how you are. She actually called me the day before Thanksgiving to make sure I had enough of all my medications before the store closed for the holiday. I couldn't believe it. What pharmacist do you know that would do that??? Especially that they need to deliver it. Her husband is always very pleasant when he delivers my medicine. Also, the woman (im sorry, im terrible with names) who works in the store is as nice, kind, and helpful as Tatiana. It's always a pleasure when I have to call.
