"Being a native of generations in the York County community and my husband a Portsmouth native we feel it is our obligation to inform our community about the horrific experience we had when we went to the accountant Susan Glidden. The attitude and demeanor we encountered was appalling and unprofessional. from the beginning to the end, she was unnecessarily rude and degraded our intellect. She was not responsive to phone calls, emails or any other means of communication. When questions arose, she became defensive , unapproachable and unavailable. The situation escalated to police involvement as she was holding our completed taxes hostage and refused to cooperate. Hinesight after doing research on other CPA's in the community, her fees are outrageous and NOT worth it especially considering the treatment experienced. In conclusion, we have NEVER written a negative review for any business in our community but felt very strongly about warning others whom may be thinking of using Susan Gliddens Services."
