"Napa is one of the best places for your auto care needs. They are friendly, efficient & professional. Need oil? They'll help you find what kind you need for your vehicle. Windshield wipers? They can also help you choose which ones are best for you. They seem to know what they're doing in many areas & also try to help you save money by offering the least expensive products, unlike other auto stores that try convincing you to purchase the more expensive brands or products. They're usually knowledgeable & honest, which I really like. They also don't try to sell you things that you don't need or aren't interested in, unlike other similar stores. I've always had positive experiences with Napa. They're also usually quick, so a stop here doesn't take up too much of your time. They do their best to assist customers in a kind & courteous manner."

"I called them up looking for an Optima battery that was listed on NAPA’s website. I can’t remember the guys name that helped me but he was friendly and super helpful over the phone and offered to test the battery I was calling about. I was there within the hour to purchase it and it was on the counter, ready for me. I’ve always had good luck with NAPA and their staff, but this particular NAPA had employees that went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was definitely a great experience and I’ll make sure to go back whenever I need parts for any of my vehicles."
