"There were no problems with 2020 federal return. The problem began with amended return from 2018. The IRS finally after 1 year reviewed the amended return. They sent letter asking for more information. They said they wanted response in 30 days. I brought the letter to Mr Capo. He never sent anymore information to IRS. He never returned calls. I paid for this service and expected Mr Capo to respond."
