"Can you give zero stars? About the worst experience in 40 years of filing taxes. Never filed my amended return, ended up with a refund when was supposed to pay, likely penalties and fees will ensue. Had to go to another HRB office to fix it. Mashpee was much better. Steer clear of this office during busy season."

"The underlining demeaning tone I received is what left me irritated nevermind the fact that information they used was wrong on my files and they confused my file with someone else who's name wasn't even close to mine. I didn't think it would be difficult to work with HnR Block but the people there have accomplished that very well. Yes I did lose my copy (irresponsible of me) and when I went to do my student aid I realized I needed a new copy because of the information not matching. I called and their response was "so you didn't save or lost the one we gave you", I avoided the condescending question by asking "may I have a copy of my taxes" she then responded "you didn't answer my question, did you lose the one we gave you?". I'm sorry but does that matter? I'm just asking for a copy so obviously I lost the original and asking that question I feel like is to massage your ego. She began to laugh on the other side of the line when I said "yes, that's why I need a copy", I feel they have forgotten what customer service is. I believe her name is Kathe and I've noticed other reviews having issues with this individual. Everyone else at HnR seem really nice and kind but this particular person makes doing business there a difficult task rather than easy and simple. When I walked in and sat down she asked me to smile and laugh for her. It's uncomfortable and weird to talk to customers like this. Will never go here again."
