The Stone Williams Group, located at 28 Naushon Avenue in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, is a premier executive coaching firm founded by Eric with over 40 years of successful leadership experience. The firm specializes in helping companies grow their business and strengthen the skills of their leaders through assessing the environment, gathering pertinent facts, and providing implementable solutions to drive results. Eric's expertise in Leadership Development, Crisis Management, and Development of Strategic Framework has helped executives worldwide improve their overall effectiveness.

Prior to founding the Stone Williams Group, Eric served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a boutique public relations firm in Washington, DC. He was responsible for managing strategic planning, leadership development, human resources, facilities management, information technology, and budget and finance. Eric also spent 25 years with American Express Financial Advisors, finishing his career as a Group Vice President overseeing over 200 Financial Advisors, 33,000 clients, and $14 billion in client assets under management.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Eric is committed to giving back to the community. He has volunteered for various organizations throughout his career and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Eric holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a certified executive coach through Sherpa Coaching and Howard University. Originally from South Orange, NJ, Eric now resides in Massachusetts with his family.
